1.Pinch the edge groove in the middle of the blade with thumb and gently flip up all blades.
2.Then turn the central head counterclockwise, pull it out.

it arrived about a week ago, i never used anything like this before, and last night i decided to give it a try. i couldn’t comprehend the instructions & there were no YouTube videos demonstrating a first complete usage .. i read thru the insert again, thinking this will have to be my first ever amazon return, uggg.. the hassle.. i was already thinking i should have bought a famous name brand how stupid of me.. i found the power button pressed it and it worked like a charm, got out one of my charging cords, it may have been my wireless earbuds charging adapter that works.. just thrilled i bought it.
