The installation was super quick and easy, in 2 quick steps it’s basically ready to use. As for the app, all I can say is that you only need the app if you’re cleaning your own ears. If others are cleaning your ears for you, the built in flashlight is bright enough to see about everything. I love the different features the app has like photos and videos. It’s pretty difficult to clean if an ear wax gets in the way of the flashlight but nevertheless, this product is great for cleaning.
